Our SIM Only Business Mobile service offers a range of value tariff options and bolt-ons, across two leading networks – Vodafone and O2.

Removing the need to fund hardware and accessories means our service is available with a Contract term of One Day.

Autobar

An autobar can be selected for Usage Alerts which will restrict the use of a mobile number. This can be used to assist in management of costs & reduce unexpected “bill shock”.

Please note: We will use best endeavours to apply the autobar, as soon as we become aware that the mobile number has breached the usage alert amount.

However, in certain circumstances that are beyond our control, such as delays in call data being received from the network, overall charges may exceed the set limit and are still liable to be paid for under your terms & conditions.

No Long Contracts

Nobody likes being tied into long contracts. You will have the freedom to cancel service (or transfer to another provider) at any time, without penalty.

FAQs

How long does it take to set up?

During the week, orders normally take 1-2 hours to complete.

Please note this excludes any Number Porting requirements.

SIM Cards are normally sent First Class post, to arrive within 2 business days.

What is the Contract period?

Can I manage my Mobile account online?

Not at this time.

Barring: What Bars do you apply by default?

We apply the following Bars by default:

  • International and Premium Calls
  • Premium Text
  • International Roaming
  • GPRS Roaming
  • World Wide Cap*

*World Wide Cap: When roamed data exceeds 50 EUR (approximately £36 GBP), the number will be barred for GPRS roaming (GPRS on O2). Our system will re-rate any out of bundle spend exceeding the 50 EUR so the charges don’t exceed the cap amount. If you remove the bars in the same bill period, it will re-rate the usage and charge full out of bundle costs.

Please note: Our Low User “500 Mins & Text, 500MB Data” tariff DOES NOT allow end users to make international calls OR use their service abroad (roaming).

When do I get charged for World Traveller Service?

World Traveller Service allows end users full access to their UK bundles and allowances while roaming worldwide. For a full list of countries please see “What is World Traveller Service?” above.

World Traveller Service is charged at £3.75 + VAT per day.

However, you only pay this if you “use” your mobile whilst roaming, i.e.

  • Making or Receiving Calls
  • Sending or Receiving Text Messages
  • Mobile Data Usage (excluding Wi-Fi)

Please note: If someone leaves you a Voicemail whilst you’re roaming – even if you don’t listen to the Voicemail – this is still classed as “usage”, and you may still be charged the £3.75 + VAT daily charge.
