Exchange Online Plan 1

Microsoft Exchange Online is a Hosted Email service. Available as a standalone service, or included within Business Essentials and Business Premium Office 365 SKUs. A Single Exchange Online license also enables ‘Unlimited’ Shared mailboxes**. £3.00 /user

All prices exclude VAT. Terms apply. **To access a shared mailbox, a user must have an Exchange Online license. Shared mailboxes don’t require a separate license. However, if you want to enable In-Place Archive or put an In-Place Hold or a Litigation Hold on a shared mailbox, then an Exchange Online Plan 2 license or an Exchange Online Plan 1 with Exchange Online Archiving license is required.

Yes. If you already use Office 365, transferring to our service is fast, easy and risk-free.

How it works
1. Before placing the order, you will need admin access to your Office 365 account.
2. Once you have those details call us on 0800 038 2233. We’ll take your details and/or answer any questions you may have.
We’re here Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
3. As part of the transfer process we’ll also send you an email. The email will include a link that you must click to authorise the transfer.

What does your service include?

Initial Consultation
Microsoft licensing can be complex, and Office 365 is no exception.

We will arrange for one of our Office 365 experts to contact you. They will discuss your licensing requirements, e.g. what type of licences you require, how many, etc.

We don’t believe in pushy sales techniques, or ‘upselling’. We will only recommend things you really need.

Account Sign up & Licensing
We will do everything to get you up and running, i.e.

1) We will Create your organisation’s account within the Office 365 admin center.
2) We will Assign users to administrator roles so they can perform tasks in the Office 365 admin center.
3) We will Assign licenses, as required.
4) Finally, we will send you an email containing your admin login details.

We will also be responsible for managing Office 365 licensing on an ongoing basis, e.g. Billing you monthly for licenses, adding or removing licenses as required, etc.

Your organisation’s administrator(s) are responsible for installing, configuring and managing Office 365 on a day-to-day basis.
