In line with Ofcom regulations it is now possible for BT Featureline customers to access cheaper call charges without affecting their Featureline services.

• For BT Featureline customers, transferring to our cheaper calls service usually takes in the region of 14-21 days.
• Please note that whilst we would bill you for your calls at our discounted rates, your line(s) would remain with BT.
• BT would continue to bill you for line rental and any associated services.
