Transferring your Line Rental will not affect any existing services. We will continue to bill you for these services at our discounted rates.

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager to provide a single point of contact for all general and business enquiries.
Our dedicated Customer Services team handles all fault management.
Several maintenance options are offered which can be applied to specific lines. These are:
- Standard care – 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
- Prompt care – 08.00-17.00 Monday to Saturday
- Total care – 24/7
Transferring your Line Rental will not affect your current level of maintenance. We will continue to bill you for the appropriate level of cover at our discounted rates.

By placing an order you agree that we can carry out credit and fraud checks against your personal and/or company details. Before placing your order we may request a prepayment (for example, to cover the cost of line installations).
