Migration: transferring service from an existing broadband supplier.

MAC code: Migration Authority Code. This is used to authenticate the migration request from your current provider to us.

Migrating customers should contact their current provider and ask them to provide a MAC code prior to ordering service.

Phone number: the telephone number that requires broadband service.

Microfilters: All Routers/Modems we supply include 2 Microfilters.
