One to One Routing
Simple, easy to manage call routing service.
Web access allows you to change where your number is pointing at any time without the need to contact us.

One 2 One Divert On Busy
Simple, easy to manage call routing service which features a useful voicemail facility, so that your callers can leave a message for you if you’re busy or unavailable.
You also have the option of sending calls ‘straight to voicemail’ (e.g. out-of-hours).

Call Hunt Group
If for any reason your line is either not answered (after X seconds*), or busy (engaged), calls can be automatically re-routed to another number. As many as 3 alternative destination numbers can be set up.**

This service allows your calls to be routed depending on the time of day, and day of the week.

% Distribution (or ‘Percentage Routing’)
This service allows you to deliver calls across multiple offices or locations on a percentage basis.
e.g. an organisation could route 70% of calls to their London office and 30% of calls to their Manchester office.
As many as 6 destination numbers can be set up***.

One of our most popular products our Fax 2 Email service allows you to receive a fax as a PDF file to your email address.

When you receive a call to your Fax 2 Email number, the document is processed and delivered to the email address you supplied.
You’ll receive your ‘faxes’ in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.****

Advanced Services can be used with any new 08 Numbers, 03 Numbers or UK Area Code service. Normal number set up costs / charges / rebates apply.
* Ring Duration: Select an option from the drop-down menu between 5 and 300 seconds or choose ‘straight to Voicemail’.
** If using Voicemail service a maximum of 3 destination numbers can be used.
*** Each destination may be allocated a percentage of between 0 and 100. Percentage must be a multiple of 10, e.g. 10, 20, 50 etc. Total allocation must equal 100.
**** You may choose to receive your ‘faxes’ in PDF or TIF format.
Fax 2 Email service refers to Inbound faxes only. To send faxes you will require a fax machine/application.
