Q. How can I keep my existing number(s) and still benefit from your services?

A. In line with Ofcom regulations it is now possible for you to transfer your 03 numbers (e.g. 0300 or 0345) to an alternate provider. We can transfer or ‘port’ numbers from all the major networks including BT, Cable & Wireless (C&W), Daisy, Gamma, Kingston (KCOM), Opal Telecom, THUS and Virgin Media.

Q. After I’ve transferred my number(s) do I continue to pay my current service provider any fees?

A. No. Although you remain liable for any charges incurred prior to the number(s) being transferred.

Q. How long does it take to transfer my number(s)?

A. Once we have your instructions, porting your number(s) normally takes 10-15 working days. We will advise you of the porting date as soon as we receive notification from our Supplier.

Q. How much does it cost to transfer my number(s)?

A. There is no charge to transfer your number(s)*. Ongoing charges vary according to the type of number. For more information on pricing please refer to the appropriate link on our Products & Services page.

* We won’t charge you to transfer/port your number(s) to our service. However, some ‘losing operators’ may make a charge. For more information please speak to your current provider.

Q. Do I need to contact my current provider?

A. Not normally. As part of the porting process your current provider will be notified of your wish to transfer your number(s).

However, some providers may require you to serve notice and a small number may make a charge. For more information please speak to your current provider.

Q. How reliable is your Network?

A. We only use carriers employing the very latest in network technology. This ensures you receive reliability of service and accurate management and billing information.
