How can I keep my existing number and still benefit from your services?

In line with Ofcom regulations it is now possible for you to transfer your non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0845, 0870) to our service. We can transfer or 'port' numbers from all the major networks including BT, Redstone, NTL, Thus, Cable and Wireless, Energis and Your Communications.

After I've transferred my number do I continue to pay my current service provider any fees?

No. Although you remain liable for any charges incurred prior to the number being transferred.

How long does it take to transfer my number(s)?

Once we have your instructions, porting your number will take between 10 and 15 working days. We will advise you of the porting date as soon as we receive notification from our Network.

How much does it cost to transfer my number(s)?

There is no charge to transfer your number. Ongoing charges vary according to the type of non-geographic number selected. For more information on pricing please refer to the appropriate link on our Products and Services page.

Do I need to contact my current provider?

No. As part of the porting process your current provider will be notified of your wish to transfer you number. You need take no further action.
