Auto Attendant (aka Virtual Switchboard)

Our Auto Attendant service can be added to a new or existing non-geographic number service for a low fixed monthly or annual fee.

Ideal for small to medium-sized businesses, Auto Attendant is a sophisticated service for controlling departmental routing within your organisation allowing you to:

• welcome a caller
• offer them a choice of routing options (e.g. 1 for Sales etc)
• route the caller to the designated option and
• provide voicemail facilities for each option.

All of this is configurable by time of day or day of week, and any recordings taken during the voicemail can be emailed to a designated address without any need to dial in to retrieve the message.

Service allows you to efficiently route callers to various departments within your organisation without the need for capital investment.
