However, in line with Ofcom regulations it is now possible for BT Featureline customers to access cheaper call charges without affecting their Featureline services.

For Featureline customers, transferring to our cheaper calls service usually takes in the region of 14-21 days.
Please note that whilst we would bill you for your calls at our discounted rates, your line(s) would remain with BT.
BT would continue to bill you for line rental and any associated services.
