Calls & Lines

Receive just one monthly phone bill when you transfer your business lines AND your calls to our cheaper phone service.

We call this service 'Calls & Lines'.

We will takeover your BT Business Line(s) without changing any of your existing set-up or services.

You will receive discounts on line rental, Select Services and a single bill for your calls and Line Rental(s).

For example customers with standard analogue lines pay just £11.66 per month Line Rental - a 12.5% saving compared to BT.

Whether you have existing lines or require new ones to be installed†, we can help you to make the switch with minimum disruption.

Who can use our Calls & Lines service?

Our service is suitable for business customers with standard analogue or ISDN (digital) lines. BT Featureline customers please click here.

Standard Analogue

We provide two options – single lines (for fax, modems and individual handsets) and multi-lines (for multiple lines sharing the same telephone number).

ISDN2e

This provides customers with two 64Kbps channels via a single line.

ISDN30

This provides customers with up to thirty 64Kbps channels delivered via a single 2Mbps interface. Utilising Direct Dialling Inwards (DDI) facilities, unique telephone numbers can also be provided for individual PBX extension users.

All prices exclude VAT unless stated. *Prices quoted are per line (Standard Analogue, ISDN2e) or per channel (ISDN30). ISDN2e provides 2 channels on one telephone line.

These services can be added to your Calls & Lines package at any time.

Transferring your Line Rental will not affect any existing services.We will continue to bill you for these services at our discounted rates.

After Sales Support

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager to provide a single point of contact for all general and business enquiries.

Our dedicated Customer Services team handles all fault management.

Several maintenance options are offered which can be applied to specific lines. These are:

Standard care 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
Prompt care – 08.00-17.00 Monday to Saturday
Total care - 24/7

Transferring your Line Rental will not affect your current level of maintenance. We will continue to bill you for the appropriate level of cover at our discounted rates.
