Connect uses a system called Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) to route phone calls over an alternative network to BT, giving our customers access to competitive call rates and a wide range of services.

Carrier Pre-Select is popularly known as 'Least Cost Routing'.

Who can use it?

Our Cheaper Calls service is suitable for business customers with BT Lines including:

• Standard Analogue lines
• ISDN (ISDN2 & ISDN30)
• BT Featureline
