The migration process:

1) You should contact your existing ISP and ask them to provide you with a MAC (Migration Authority Code). This is used to authenticate the migration request from your current provider to us.

Please make your current ISP aware that you are migrating, and that you do not want your ADSL service cancelled until the migration is complete.

2) Please telephone us on 0800 505 3210 where our sales team will be pleased to take your order, and answer any questions.

3) Once we have processed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your migration date and service details.


If for any reason you cancel your contract within the first 12 months, there is a £30 + vat cancellation charge. This covers our costs of providing your free migration.
